How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders that comprise of items that are in stock will be prepared and sent within 48-72 business hours after receiving by the customer an official order conformation. This time frame might vary during sales and promotion periods.
Items that are not in stock, especially in case of clothing, it takes up to 2 weeks to have them made. We will inform You in case of necessity of making them to order. If delivery time will be too long for You, You can cancel the order.
Can i cancel my order?
All shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting us via email. We'll do as much as we can. You can also manually cancel your orders on your user profile page. If you don't see a “Cancel button", it is very likely that your order has already been dispatched.
What if i receive a wrong product or a product in bad conditions?

How do I determine my size?
To find your size, we recommend referring to our size chart, which provides detailed measurements for each product. You can find the size chart on the product page or in the Size Guide section of our website.
Please bear in mind that our clothing is tailored according to Asian Size Charts and therefore the sizing is a bit smaller than European or American sizing. So if You are not sure about the size or sizing is not specified please take a size bigger than You would usually do.
What if the item i want is out of stock?
We strive to keep our inventory up to date; however, in some cases, popular items may temporarily go out of stock. You can feel free to reach us out by email or fill up the demand inquiry on the product page or follow us on social media to stay informed about restocks, custom order and new arrivals.

Hong Kong: Standard shipping: 2-3 business days | Free Pick up in (24-26 Aberdeen St.) store available.
International: Standard shipping 6-14 business days | Express shipping: 5-7 business days. ( Option is not available during our free standard shipping campaign)
Currently we are offering FREE STANDARD delivery (outside of the United States) on all orders above 2000 HKD. If you order is below this value, below shipping fees will be applied.
Standard Shipping: Enjoy a flat rate of 50 HKD for all orders within Hong Kong.
Standard International Shipping: We offer a flat rate of 150-200 HKD for international orders, with the exception of shipments to the USA, where the fee is 350-500 HKD due to higher shipping costs and tariffs.
Express Shipping: Available for all international orders at an additional charge of 350 HKD. Please note that this option is not available during our free standard shipping campaign.
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Products purchased on www.gosiaorlowska.com can be exchanged or returned up to 7 days after the date of receipt. You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Please note, that the return policy only applies to goods that have been shipped to you, not those that have been bought in-person in our store.
Return the product together with the filled out Return form, that you can download here. State the cause of the return, if you want to exchange the product or if you wish to get the money back. You will have to pay the freight cost for the return.
gosiaorlowska.com. guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact customer support without delay or at the latest within 3 days after reception.
Customs fees and additional fees may apply to international shipment. Please contact your local customs office for more information. For the most part, duties and taxes are accommodated in the cost of your order.
